Bugout, bugin, hiking, survival food experimental trial. Testing a DIY 3445 calorie food ration that is light weight and balanced nutritional wise for a winter 30 mile hike. testing my Ketogenic diet physical performance on hard heavy packed humps in the mountains. Statistics trough out the excursion.
Food list below base on a Keto diet. Not totally Keto since I could not get away with dehydrated carbs, but in this mix, it seems it didn’t matter. I did not get kicked out of ketosis.
